Due to many recently implemented energy-efficient projects, 1670 Broadway was dubbed a new color: LEED Silver. The LEED Certification of 1670 Broadway was largely a product of hard work and dedication of the management and engineering staff of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado, Inc.
