The Moose Village Housing project, built by Ogden-based R&O Construction, has achieved LEED platinum certification. Located in the Grand Teton National Park in Moose, Wyoming, the project consists of seven four-plex housing units. Some of the sustainable features of the housing units include:

S.K. Hart Properties, L.C., recently closed on its acquisition of the historic Trolley Square Shopping Center in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah. The landmark shopping destination has been a staple of the Salt Lake community for many years, but had been a challenging asset in recent years due to the severe downturn in the economy and was in receivership.

Kilgore Companies, a division of Summit Materials, has announced it will acquire Westroc, Inc., a Utah-based aggregates and ready-mix concrete company. Westroc, based in Pleasant Grove, Utah, operates two aggregates sites and seven ready-mix concrete plants along the Wasatch Front.

Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce brokered the sale of the office building which serves as the headquarters for Vivint. The 125,225-square-foot, two-building, single-tenant office building was sold by Gardner Company, of Salt Lake City, to Reit Management & Research LLC, of Newton, Mass.
