NAI WEST has annouced new additions to its land and investment and facilities services teams and the promotion of one of its property managers. Ross McClintock, RWA, has joined NAI WEST as a Vice President and Land Specialist. Mike Tate is a Maintenance Technician with NAI WEST Facility Services. NAI WEST Property Management employee Natalie Levie has recently been promoted to Property Manager.
McClintock comes to NAI WEST from the Bakersfield, California office of Colliers International, where he served as a land and right-of-way specialist. Prior to Colliers, McClintock was an investment manager with The Equitable, where he managed pension fund accounts.
At NAI WEST, McClintock will focus on land transactions, with a special focus on agricultural, transitional, and residential land. As a right-of-way agent with extensive appraisal experience, McClintock will assist clients in valuing, listing, selling and purchasing land to accomplish various real estate and financial goals.
McClintock holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University with a major in agricultural economics and a minor in real estate appraisal. McClintock will work from the Salt Lake City NAI WEST Offices.
Tate is joining NAI WEST Facility Services as a Maintenance Technician. Previously, Tate was the Building Maintenance Supervisor Los Alamos County, New Mexico. Tate is a master journeyman plumber, HVAC technician, and holds certificates in industrial electric, water, and wastewater.
Tate will service all property types and sizes as part of the NAI WEST Facility Services team. He will provide all types of property maintenance and repair, with a specific focus on plumbing and HVAC needs.
Levie was recently promoted from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager as part of the NAI WEST Property Management team. With this promotion, NAI WEST now has 10 full time property managers servicing local commercial real estate.
Levie has six years experience in property management and has been with NAI WEST Property Management for the last three years. Levie is a graduate of the University of Utah and is actively pursuing the Certified Property Manager designation through IREM. Levie will continue to service industrial and retail properties in Salt Lake City and Utah County.
